Blue Monday? Not at Didsbury Life…

January 17, 2011

So today is supposed to have been “Blue Monday”. That day when when “experts” have supposedly worked out we’re all down. And maybe, they have a point. Politically, economically, fiscally – things do look a bit on the bleak side. It’s enough to make enough most people a bit blue…

But do you know what? We’re not going to buy into Blue Monday – unless we choose to listen to New Order. No, positive thinking has been the order of 2011. And so, on a day when we were told that all was doom & gloom, we thought about the GOOD things have happened in the first 17 days of the year – and there have been LOTS of them. Best of all, has been the really simple resolution we made to spend more time with friends. And, so far, mission accomplished. But, there’s also more, so much more, in the pipeline. Expansion of Didsbury Life. Expansion of the Life model. Taking delivery, on Blue Monday itself, of the Series 1-7 of  “Curb Your Enthusiasm”.  Gorgeous new design work. A whole new life, in fact.

No room for Blue Monday here…

Hello – I like it when people don’t buy into Blue Monday! It’s not going to make anyone blue feel any better! 🙂

Also take a look at this: I have found over the years that most “Experts say” or “scientists say” stories are usually PR stories or wildly inaccurate. This years Blue Monday looks like its been spun by a not very nice company just to top it off (towards the end of the piece).

    Loving the pics! xx
